About: Emirates Post is a leading postal corporation in the UAE, offering postal and non-postal services through 109 post offices. From mail delivery to government transactions, utility payments, and travel bookings, they provide secure, efficient services for customers across the UAE.
Challenge: Their outdated website lacked modern design and functionality, hindering navigation and accessibility. Emirates Post needed a user-friendly interface, improved usability, and new features to better serve their diverse audience.
Approach: We restructured the website’s information architecture, designed intuitive user flows, and created responsive, device-friendly UI screens. Through a streamlined design system and modern interface, we delivered a seamless, accessible digital experience that met Emirates Post’s goals.
Design Process
The project focused on refreshing the Emirates Post website while keeping the visual tone aligned with a government institution. Our team conducted stakeholder interviews and business research to understand the required clarity and structure. Through low-fidelity wireframes, we reorganized the information architecture and refined key functional pages such as parcel tracking. The final high-fidelity designs introduced a modern look supported by subtle illustrations and improved usability.

Research & Exploration
We worked closely with the Emirates Post project team to gain a deep understanding of their goals and challenges. This collaborative effort allowed us to design an optimized information structure and deliver the best visual design solutions.
Wireframes
After refining the information structure, we created detailed wireframes to visualize the new layout. These served as a valuable tool for aligning with stakeholders and ensuring the user flows met all requirements.
Visual style
The visual style of the Emirates Post redesign was influenced by their corporate branding, focusing on bold yet professional colors, clean typography, and intuitive icons. We prioritized simplicity to make key services easily accessible, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
Features
Track a Package
We streamlined the flow for users to easily track their shipments in real time, allowing them to track multiple packages simultaneously and take immediate actions for each one as needed.
Get Rates
We enhanced the rate calculation flow, allowing users to quickly and accurately estimate shipping rates for domestic and international packages. The flow takes into account several factors, including the package's origin, destination, size, and shipment value, ensuring a more reliable and efficient experience.
Location Finder
A new, user-friendly feature was developed to help customers find nearby post offices based on their location.
Informational Pages
Beyond the core functionalities, we redesigned several informational pages. This involved updating their content structures and applying cohesive visual design adjustments to enhance clarity and user engagement.
