About: Quillora is an AI-powered platform transforming the SEO content creation process. Designed for agencies and businesses, it simplifies generating high-quality, SEO-optimized content by blending cutting-edge AI technology with expert SEO strategies.
Challenge: The goal was to create a platform that balanced powerful AI-driven automation with an intuitive user experience. Quillora needed to appeal to users with varying levels of technical expertise, ensuring accessibility while maintaining scalability and performance for a diverse audience of content creators and marketers.

We collaborated with the client, who had strong development experience, to shape the platform’s foundation. The process started with data gathering and defining requirements, followed by research, user flows, and low-fidelity wireframes. As we moved into high-fidelity designs, the client realized the need for branding, leading to a parallel branding phase. The final stage included a design system, interactive prototypes, and close collaboration with developers to ensure seamless implementation.

Pelora allows users to share articles with others by granting view-only or edit access. This feature supports collaboration between team members, agency clients, and external stakeholders.

Company & User Management
In addition to sharing content, we added functionality for managing company accounts, user roles, and permissions. Admins can invite new members, assign roles, and regulate access to various features within the platform.


Mobile responsive
We designed a mobile-responsive interface, allowing users to seamlessly create or edit content and for managers to review generated texts on the go. This ensures convenience and flexibility for busy professionals using the platform anytime, anywhere.

Marketing materials
In addition to the core platform, we helped Quillora with a range of marketing assets. These included a promotional landing page, blog covers, and other digital materials to support their product launch. The landing page highlighted the product's features, pricing plans, and user benefits, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence online.
